“Hearken; Behold, there went out a sower to sow:”
Mark 4:3 KJV
The seed which the sower sowed is the word of God. Some fell on good ground and the good ground are they, which in an honest and good heart, having heard the word, keep it, and bring forth fruit with patience.
Be patient therefore unto the coming of the Lord. Behold, the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience for it, until he receive the early and latter rain. Be ye also patient; stablish your hearts: for the coming of the Lord draweth nigh.
