“Let my prayer be set forth before thee as incense; and the lifting up of my hands as the evening sacrifice.”

Pray every where, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting. Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
