The LORD hath prepared his throne in the heavens; and his kingdom ruleth over all. Justice and judgment are the habitation of thy throne: mercy and truth shall go before thy face. Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom.

But the Lord shall endure for ever: he hath prepared his throne for judgment.
And he shall judge the world in righteousness, he shall minister judgment to the people in uprightness.
The Lord also will be a refuge for the oppressed, a refuge in times of trouble.
